Modern Alpha Project is operated by Ryan Rosengren. In these Terms, “Modern Alpha Project,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Ryan Rosengren operating as Modern Alpha Project.
These Terms apply to your use of our website, registration pages, programs and SMS messaging services.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, misuse its content or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.
Our fitness, training and educational content is provided for general informational purposes. It does not replace professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise, nutrition or wellness program.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our SMS messaging service. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are the subscriber or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
If you separately choose to opt in, Ryan Rosengren, operating as Modern Alpha Project, may send you recurring SMS messages in the categories you select:
Marketing text messages: Special offers, discounts and service updates relating to Modern Alpha Project’s programs and services.
Non-marketing text messages: Webinar registration confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, access links and replay links relating to webinars you have registered for. These messages do not include promotional offers.
Messages may be sent using automated technology to the mobile number you provide. We will send only the message categories for which you have given consent.
Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are requested separately. You may consent to either category, both categories or neither category.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a product or service, registering for a webinar or submitting a form.
Providing your phone number, accepting these Terms or registering for a webinar does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS messages. You must actively select the applicable SMS consent option to enroll through our forms.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in reply to any SMS message from us.
After you send “STOP,” we will send you one SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you provide fresh consent to receive them again.
If you want to join again, sign up through our SMS opt-in process and provide your consent again for the message categories you want to receive.
If you previously replied “STOP,” you may also need to reply “START” in the same SMS conversation to restore message delivery. Contact us if you need help rejoining. We will resume messages only after you have opted back in.

Message frequency varies based on the messaging categories you select, your webinar registrations and your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply to messages we send to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text messaging or data plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, wireless service or network availability.

Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, materials and resources on our website are owned by or licensed to Modern Alpha Project. They may not be copied, sold or redistributed without written permission.
